I will just say this, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Yes, it is clean in front, yes the front staff is kind and courteous, and yes it appears that it is a great place. That is until you need CARE. It is one thing to go to a vet for vaccines but it is another when you are needing care. I don't know what happened on this last visit but it was truly terrible. I can't begin to explain how incredibly upset I am that I allowed them to even ""treat or touch"" my precious baby. We as pet owners trust that the doctor's we take them to will do the right thing. The non caring attitude and being made to feel as if ""I will do this if it will make YOU happy"" is not acceptable. I have referred a lot of people here and I will never make that mistake again. ALWAYS trust your gut when it comes to your pets ALWAYS, you know them best. Do not let anyone talk to you in a manner that you are ""bothering them, or that you don't know anything just because you don't have a white coat on."" I did not come here because I was bored or needed something to do, I came here to get my baby the help she needed. They are condecinding and I felt as if the owner Dr. Maker, was extremely ""rushed"". I was told after another procedure that ""your dog has a low pain tolerance"". What should have been said is we don't know what the heck we are doing and we don't care so we hurt your precious baby! I would also encourage you LOOK UP the medication they prescribe to your dogs. One of the medications should have had blood work PRIOR to being given to my little dog. NEVER again will they touch my dog and I am sure they do not care because I am just a number to them. Our pet's do not have a voice so I am being it for her!! I am truly disgusted. I wish I could give ZERO stars! This was their second chance to fix it and that is true what they say, Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice same on me!
