As the owner of multiple apartment building, I use Benchmark regularly when renovating newly vacated apartments. To date, we have renovated 4 kitchens and 4 bathrooms with the help of Benchmark. Their staff are professional and easy to work with, and they are always able to squeeze in my projects in order to keep my turnaround time to a minimum. Benchmark has worked with me to keep renovation costs down which allows me to update out of date apartments while keeping rental costs reasonable. The apartments all look terrific when they are completed and prospective tenants alway comment on the beauty of the kitchen and bathroom. I like that their products are sturdy and hold up to use. I could not make it work without Benchmark and I am thrilled that I found this company.
