I can’t say enough about my experience with Benchmark Home Improvements! Lee and his son Ian were consummate professionals, exhibiting excellent communication and patience with us throughout the process of our stressful kitchen remodel. The timeline they gave us was “spot-on” and they were at our home every day until the job was completed perfectly and on schedule. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and pleasantly accommodated my two very curious dogs through the duration of our remodel. When I second guessed my choice of flooring, Lee and his wife went above and beyond on their own time to pick out some samples and set them aside at the store for me to look at. I went with one of their choices and I am so happy that I did as it looks amazing! This is truly a “family business” in the old-fashioned sense of the term, and that is hard to come by these days. They genuinely care about their craftsmanship and their clients, and they have a business based on integrity. I have to make special mention of Lee’s son, Ian, as he is mature beyond his years with skills to match it. I was beyond impressed with his expertise, execution and reliability. This young man exhibited a sense of principle and pride in his craft and was a pleasure to work with. more

We had our Condo kitchen remodeled with Benchmark, for many reasons it was the best decision we could have made. Lee's vision for our kitchen was spot on and the kitchen is now the marvel of our condo community. Lee and Ian were clean and conscientious, many follow-ups to insure we were satisfied. Lee made the kitchen portion of my new home stress-free and amazingly priced! The cabinets arrived on time, were in great condition, with comprehensive instructions, and are a fantastic sight when you enter the home! Very nice to see a SPLASH pool dealer in the area, as I have been a very happy SPLASH pool owner since buying ours over 19 years ago. I still expect to get more years of use from it as it is still in great shape. My previous experience with above f=ground pools was 8 years or less, so this is a very good investment to say the least. Reasonably prices, easy to maintain, excellent materials and construction, easy to set up and take down if needed. I would highly recommend SPLASH pools! more

We're so happy that we chose Benchmark Home Improvements for our kitchen renovation. Lee did a great job with the design. He was very responsive and had great ideas. Ian and Lee did a great job with demo of our old kitchen and installation of our beautiful new cabinets. They kept everything clean and organized and were very respectful of our house and family, even considering social distancing, etc. during this crazy time. When the job was done we had a problem installing our refrigerator they were quick to return and creatively resolve the issue. Lee from Benchmark home improvements went above and beyond helping us get the cabinets to make our dream kitchen. Even though we are not in the area, it felt as if Lee was right in our kitchen making the process seamless. Even when we changed the layout, he was happy to adjust and even made some suggestions that we are so happy with and would never have thought to add. The price cannot be beat and Lee's work ethic and service was outstanding. Moreover, we were on a deadline and Lee got our cabinets to us a week after our order and a week ahead of schedule. Lee and Paul from Benchmark did a tremendous job replacing our kitchen cabinets. They were able to complete the entire installation within weeks of the first time we met Lee. We asked for a few out of the ordinary requests. He gave us some slide out droors, slide out waste baskets, a 10% off the lowest price we found discount on appliances at Best Buy, and 30% off our Cambria quarts counter tops. Without these connections this project would have gone way over budget. They always cleaned up and even got rid of old appliances we wanted to replace. In short, they made this stressful project a lot more affordable and livable. After they were completed my wife wanted the sink out another inch from the back wall. They had already caulked in the sink. Paul and Lee came back out and made the adjustment and re-caulked the sink with out any upcharge. We also had a bit of a mouse issue and he lined the back wall between the cabinets and on the ceiling with wire mesh at our request. Benchmark is the reason you should go with a smaller family owned business because they really care about their customers. Anybody thinking that they are going to save more money at the big box stores should talk to Lee at Benchmark first. He will save you time, money and customize the project the way you want it. We love our new kitchen cabinets with all the modern self close features. Thank-you Benchmark!!! more

Lee did everything he promised and more. His prices are 2nd to none. Very happy with all the extra storage in the kitchen and my personal favorite is the 36" drawers. I waited 14 years to redo my kitchen and I'm very grateful that you made it as painless as possible. more

We recently had our 1980’s kitchen cabinets refaced. We were amazed at how quickly and efficiently the job was done. It took a total of five days from demo to completion. The cabinets look great. Lee was great to work with, and provided some great suggestions to the design. more

I cannot say enough great things about BenchMark Home Improvements! I needed my kitchen remodeled and decided to give them a call based on the excellent reviews I had read about them and those previous reviewers did not steer me wrong. Lee is very personable and he really took his time explaining the services he offers and helped me decide on a plan to make my kitchen work for me. I decided to have my cabinets refaced, turn a closet into a great looking pantry and go with a custom built in microwave in my lower cabinets to make room for the chimney vent hood I wanted above my stove. I feel the price was great for the work I had done and the customer service and level of professionalism is second to none! A special thanks to Pete as well!
