I had never come here until January 2011. I typically go to a bike shop closer to home. I'm glad I went there! My co-workers who I cycle with kept telling me the great customer service with John and Mike at Village Cyclery. My co-workers mentioned the winter specials they have - so I went. I needed maintenance done on my bike, and John/Mike were very professional, made me a FANTASTIC deal for the winter special and they had great recommendations on products and are very knowledgeable. --- I am very glad I listened to my co-workers - this is a great store! John and Mike really go out of their way to help people - I and my co-workers are really happy with the professionalism at Village Cyclery. They may not be the biggest store, but they have a good selection and are very customer oriented. By the way, there's plenty of parking 2 doors down in a common parking lot for all businesses.
