Village Cyclery

I had never come here until January 2011. I typically go to a bike shop closer to home. I'm glad I went there! My co-workers who I cycle with kept telling me the great customer service with John and Mike at Village Cyclery. My co-workers mentioned the winter specials they have - so I went. I needed maintenance done on my bike, and John/Mike were very professional, made me a FANTASTIC deal for the winter special and they had great recommendations on products and are very knowledgeable. --- I am very glad I listened to my co-workers - this is a great store! John and Mike really go out of their way to help people - I and my co-workers are really happy with the professionalism at Village Cyclery. They may not be the biggest store, but they have a good selection and are very customer oriented. By the way, there's plenty of parking 2 doors down in a common parking lot for all businesses. I went to The Village Cyclery to look for a part for my bicycle. They have a large selection of parts, accesories and bicycles to choose from. They also offer bicycle repairs. They are very expensive on everything from bicycles to parts. The store is easy to find, but does not have adequate parking. The staff is very knowledgeable about bicycles and parts. The store is very clean and organized. more
