Ivan was very professional and courteous during the purchase of my unit. All the question I had for him was answered so that I could understand in layman's terms. we settled on a price that was reasonable, and something that I could afford. I am satisfied with the quality of heat pump that was purchase, the Carrier is of the finest quality. I was assured that the new unit will help to lower my electric bill. The instillation was done in a professional manner, and everything was left clean and tidy. What a professional team!! overall rating 5 for excellent.
