Excellent front desk staff, Alice was very helpful and understanding. The rooms are clean and spacious. Best things I liked were how quiet it is on weekends, the beautiful pool and the breakfast. Least thing I liked was there were no cookies served at 3 PM like many other Holiday Inns I stayed at in other locations. May want to add those and may also want to consider having a happy hour from 5 to 7 to get to meet and know some of the other guests in the hotel. Overall it is a great place for singles, couples and families to stay at.
