Review content:
I was very satisfied with my recent visit, and all my previous visits. This time I came in for a oil change and to have them check the alignment. They took me to Marlene's to wait since it would take a while. However, called shortly after I got there to say they were having trouble opening my hood, and to get permission to try harder, which might break it. They called back shortly after to say they still couldn't get it open and said they would come pick me up, which she did quickly. All the other times I have been in there, the service has been fast and everyone has been very friendly.
The reason I started coming here for my car service is because I stopped in one day on my way to work after my tire pressure light came on and they checked it without any charge and told me to come back if I needed other service. Once I was mostly done with my free oil changes at the dealer, I switched to here. The service at my dealer is absolutely horrible, so I really appreciate the service and great attitude I get from everyone here. I tell everyone I know that I go here for service.
