It was 9:30 pm. I had removed 2 of our 3 toilets as part of a remodeling project when the drain line began to backup and overflow, which rendered our 3rd toilet unusable.
Called Will's All Pro and Betty took immediate action to dispatch a professional. Eddie showed up in less than 1 hour and found our drain line nearly plugged solid. His understanding and diligence in pursuing the problem brought about a solution in less than 30 minutes. A rag from one of our workers had gotten into the drain and caused the backup. However, that wasn't the end of Eddie's efforts! He sent down a camera to let us see that our drain was now clear all the way out of the house.
Both Betty and Eddie were exceptional in their treatment of both the problem and in their interaction with us, as they were always supportive and understanding in dealing with our frustrations. My wife and I had been minutes away from leaving for a hotel, and the Will's All Pro team had given us our home back!! We won't forget them!!!!!!!!
