My vehicle was recently stolen from my house. I have been an ALLSTATE customer for at least 20 years. Pay my premium on time, and have not actually needed to use them for anything other than maybe twice. Sadly after having my vehicle stolen all I got from them was ""sorry there isn't anything we can do for you"". I will be looking for another insurance provider, and will tell all I come in contact with, how they couldn't help me, when I needed it the most!
