I have been a customer of Curry's Termite & Pest Control Company for 25 years. They do a really good job. I grew up in a small town, and I grew accustom to doing business with the same people and getting to know them. I like to be really comfortable with the people I do business with.
Curry's Termite takes good care of me. If I have an emergency they are going to show up as if it was their own grandmother. They are the type of people you can give a house key to and not worry. They treat you like they know you personally. They are down-to-earth and easy to deal with. They always do what they say they are going to do, and I appreciate that. The prices are fair, and though that is not my first consideration, it is a consideration.
I also love the fact that they worked with me to set up an email system to communicate. Usually they call in advance to make an appointment, but that did not really work for me. I seemed to always call them back after closing time. Now they just send me an email; I can open it and look at my calendar, and then email them back right away. I really find it useful, and I like that they considered and modified their system to make it convenient for me.
