It's 2am, and Brian from Welborn Overhead Door just left after making an emergency repair on my door, which wouldn't shut.
He explained why the problem happened, made the necessary repairs, and also replaced the rollers, which were badly needed. He pointed out some other things which could become a problem in the future, but said those items didn't need to be fixed now, so I felt like he was straightforward.
I can honestly say that the 12 year old door has never worked better! Much smoother and quieter-- by far.
Besides a great result, I was struck how considerate he was. Didn't seem at all troubled to be making a repair at 1AM in the morning. While he certainly gets paid, I can imagine another person/company not being as accommodating.
Happy to give them 5 stars, and they're the first and only company I'll call in the future, if needed.
