My only dealings with this GC is in the acoustic guitar area and although their sale staff are helpful, they are not all that knowledgable in my opinion. I have overheard conversations between sales people and customers and much of the info being put out by the sales person was total BS. Go in there only after thoroughly researching your guitar on the web or only with someone you know who can steer you right. Otherwise you will probably be walking out of there with the wrong guitar for you but leaving a nice fat commission for the sales person.
