Untrustworthy company with dishonest practices. They installed my HVAC unit with a defective coil, they sent a technician over to my house 5 times in the period of over a year and never figured out what was wrong with the system. When finally a different technician came over and figured out what was wrong, they changed the coil on warranty but sent me a bill for the labor that should have been covered in warranty since they were the ones that could never figure out what was wrong with it and installed a defective coil in the first place. \r
MY HVAC system malfunctioned since installation and I have brought this to their attention right after that. I patiently gave them plenty time to fix it, patiently met with technicians several times and waited for over one year to have the full functioning system that I paid for. They never delivered in their promise at the time of the sale and installed a defective product that they are now refusing to back up. \r
I tried to reason with management but could not reached them, front line employees didn't provide name or transferred my call to someone that I could speak with. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer orientation, dishonest practices, terrible management. They shouldn't be in business.
