Wow, what a great personality…very nice, quite knowledgeable and professional, very impressed that he introduced himself with his "bio flyer" handed it to me, as he walked into our condo to greet me. Other Serv. Techs that have come to my condo in previous years, never do this, nor most times, never introduce themselves..I have to ask their name.
He was quite thorough and informative to me with his entire inspection in our inside and outside units.
I had several questions to ask him concerning our future "upkeep" of our 2014 Amana Unit and he answered all questions with a "fantastic" attitude and smile…very professional with his actions throughout the entire appointment time.
Brothers is VERY LUCKY to have Elliot working for them. I will CERTAINLY BE REQUESTING Elliot for all of my future service needs for our 2014 Amana Split System Heat Pump.
