Let me start off by saying at first I thought I had found a great place. Dr. Strong was actually really good at what he does. His humor and singing are a bit off, but as far as the procedure itself it seems like he did a good job. He definitely knows how to minimize the discomfort of Novocaine shots. It's only been a little over a month since he finished my root canal so I don't know what the long term effects will be as of yet. That is the end of anything positive I have to say about this place. I will NEVER go there again! Nor will I ever recommend that anyone else ever go there. Let me start by saying that before I ever scheduled my appointment I called the office to make sure they were in network with my insurance. I always call and ask this before going to a new place. The woman on the phone told me yes they were. Once I finished my initial procedure (which took about an hour) I went to check out, and the lady had not even run my insurance or checked into my benefits whi
