I've been living here a long time and even though the rent is paid on time every month, they never come to fix anything. The latest problem, the air conditioner. It got to 107° degrees today. It feels like that inside our apartment. Other apartments have great working air conditioners, but they would rather fix the empty apartments and rent them out than fix an air conditioner in an apartment. We have a disabled man living here. One of his problems is asthma. He can't handle the heat. Fixing to call code compliance so they can get them to do something. This apartment complex has had SEVERAL code violations in the past. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for a place to live. This place is a piece of Crap!
