I have used hedman's several times over the years without any problems. I recently ordered a beautiful arrangement I saw a on their website called cotton candy, I ordered the premium and added twenty dollars to that to make it special for my friends funeral. What was delivered didn't look anything at all of what I ordered not even close. When I called I was told if you wanted something for""show"" you should have ordered something else. And when I ssid I just want what I ordered I was told I couldn't be pleased. So they went to the funeral home picked up the arrangement and refunded my money. Who does that??? So very disappointed as it was too late to replace them with something else. Will never use them again and won't recommend them to anyone.
