This company absolutely deserves the highest rating - right down to their customer service, level of detail, and staff/technicians. They were incredibly pleasant on the phone, able to answer all questions, and I was able to easily schedule an appointment. My original appointment had to be rescheduled due to a conflict and I was quickly called to be notified of this and rescheduled. On the day of the appointment, the receptionist called to see if the Technician could come earlier than expected which was no problem. Once onsite, the Technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I found their service and level of communication to be great. We will definitely be using their services again and we highly recommend them.
