Our experience with Roto-Rooter was exceptional. We had a major problem with our washing machine flooding. My wife placed a call and within a couple of hours, Roto-Rooter arrive d. The problem stemmed from our discharge pipe had a major buildup of junk which caused the outflow from the washing machine to backup and flood the kitchen floor. They cleared the junk from the pipe and informed us as to what caused the problem and suggested how we could prevent the problem in the future. We purchased the cleansing product. They were very professional in their job, they were personable in their explanation to us. They were courteous to us and answered all our questions. We have used Roto Rooter in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
