I was very pleased with their service yesterday . Their drain/plumber specialist Jason , did a great job unclogging that sewer pipe and cleaning up after. I was going to rent a roto-rooter machine and try to unclog it myself. That would have been a disaster , That man earned his pay yesterday. I'd call them anytime . Thanks again\r more

Zero hour. New Year's Day. Guests coming over in two hours to eat brunch at our house. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of throwing too much food down the garbage disposal with not enough water. After trying to get passed the blockage in the drain with a drain auger without luck; we called Roto-Rooter. Dispatch sent over John Diamantides, a plumber from the Stoughton Roto-Rooter office. John arrived within 45 minutes and finished the job in another 45 minutes. John was professional, provided helpful tips, and cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to friends in need of help in a tight pinch. more

Bill & Judy Martin\r Our experience with Roto-Rooter was exceptional. We had a major problem with our washing machine flooding. My wife placed a call and within a couple of hours, Roto-Rooter arrive d. The problem stemmed from our discharge pipe had a major buildup of junk which caused the outflow from the washing machine to backup and flood the kitchen floor. They cleared the junk from the pipe and informed us as to what caused the problem and suggested how we could prevent the problem in the future. We purchased the cleansing product. They were very professional in their job, they were personable in their explanation to us. They were courteous to us and answered all our questions. We have used Roto Rooter in the past and will continue to do so in the future. more

We had an excellent experience! Our problem happened late afternoon on a Saturday, we called after 7:00 at night and were offered service for the following day...Sunday. The technician was prompt (in fact, he arrived early with a courtesy call prior to be sure it was OK to come early) and he was very efficient. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and the reasons why step by step. He fixed our messy situation quickly and professionally. We were very thankful for the Sunday service as we were not able to flush our toilets or use our water. A+ service!!!! more

Stephen H. the service representative who came to unclog our drain out in the yard did an excellent job. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He made sure all of the drains in the house were running clear before he left, not just the ones that were clogged. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter and ask for Stephen again. more

John the Service Technician was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He fixed the toilet problem within 30 mins of his arrival (he was even earlier than the appoinment time set) and even noticed that a part of the toilet tank was starting to wear and should be replaced. He explained how to order the part to ensure I get the correct replacment part for the model toilet. I would definately use their services again!\r 4 stars! more

Roto-Rooters Plumbing Roto-Rooters Plumbers from Stoughton did a great on a blocked main drain line. We had tree roots growing in the pipe. Ken showed up at midnight to help us! Midnight!! He was efficient, thorough and meticulous in clearing our line. Ken was extremely professional, super tidy and offered helpful suggestions to prevent it from re-occurring. He was able to show us our blockage with the help of a really cool video camera in the drain. After he cut the tree roots out, we could see how clear it was. No extra charges, outrageous costs, or hidden fees - not even for a call that lasted several hours in the middle of the night. Highly recommended! more

Great Customer Service 5/21/2012

My kitchen drains backed up today and within one hour, Roto Rooter was at the door! Stephen Hughes was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He not only quickly got to the root of the problem and fixed it, but gave me some suggestions to ensure I didn't have a repeat problem. I've only been in this house for 2 years and Stephen gave me some good, common sense information about my plumbing system. Thanks for the fast and great customer service. more

He corrected the issue to give us immediate help and also gave us advice for our septic visit that will probably save costly additional issues going forward. Great job. more

Fantastic Service 5/14/2012

I had a plumber, unable to do the snaking job on my washing machine / sink main line. He suggested calling RotoRooter. Thank everything I got Stephen Hughes. He was fantastic, always willing to explain everything he was doing, checking 3 different areas, unfailingly courteous. Best of all, he fixed the main issue while he was there, identified another potential issue and gave me a recommendation for a sewer guy, and then 99% fixed a third problem, while only charging me for the first. He said he felt it wasn't ethical to charge me for the (it must have been 2+ hours of work) when it wasn't 100% golden, like the main issue's fix. Incredible. Really. I'd adopt him. more
