We've been using Shorty's Bear for at least 15 years - my wife's family has been using them for over 20. We trust Danny and his crew to be honest and upfront with us and have never felt like they have ripped us off or taken advantage of us. They've stood behind their work many times, fixing problems under warranty that we expected to pay for.
