Chris is the best, I order a set of Furutech FT-211 Rhodium Spade connectors Set 4, I called Chris on the phone, he answered 10 min before he was heading to the post office for the days orders to be shipped, he took the time and was pleased to answer my questions and actually waited for me to place my order so it could be shipped out that day, that is great. awesome customer service.
This is the first time I have shopped at VH audio and will not be the last.
