Review content:
We rented a van on line months before needing it. Called two weeks before and the day before. Still all 3 vehicles that were supposed to be there were not for one reason or another. They put us in our choice of an SUV that was supposibly higher in cost. It didn't have the room we needed but we didn't want to wait for other cars. They told us by getting the gas package they would fill the gas tank up when returned and it would be cheaper than some local stations. The SUV was ok, but not enough room, and they charged us over $60 for a quarter tank of gas upon our return that should have been $20. Also they charged an addional 33% for airport taxes that wasn't on the contract I agreed to. We were very displeased with the hidden costs so we told the people at the booth (who were very nice) that we wouldn't be using Enterprise again. They knocked off some from the gas but we still were not happy.
