William Northington arrived on time and completed his task of flushing the water heater in good time. He then demonstrated how the allegedly soft water in our area was actually medium hard, and really sold us on the advantages of a water softening system. We decided to go with it and made out a date on which he could install the system. He arrived on the appointed day well within the appointed time frame, and he and his companion proceeded to install a water softening system The entire process was extremely professional, and he explained his actions all the way through to completion. All in all, he was at our home for about four and a half hours, and when he was done, we had a working water softening system. My wife and I noticed the difference almost immediately. The service we received was excellent, the price was well within reason, and we were only without water for a very short amount of time. I would not hesitate to use him and this company again on other projects. In our opinion, this was excellent work in minimum time.
