John was polite and explained the work to be done under the contract received from Angie's list. The price was a very good one. Initially, there was a misunderstand about what was to be done. He clarified the ad and we came to a workable agreement The quality of his work was outstanding. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the work to be done. The work done was outstanding. I definitely recommend him and will request him as the technician for any future work. John is an asset to this company.
