Review content:
I currently live at Birchwood Gardens and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. They allow neighbors to get away with things that would get you thrown out within a week in other places. The smell of drugs are ridiculous and the noise that comes from the apartments next to and above and below you are horrible. The floors squeak like a stuck pig and you can hear every foot step from the people above you. As far as the people below you again every move they make you can hear. The noises from the closet doors and windows transfer right to your apartment and all it would take would be for the maintenance personnel to adjust, grease, or scrape paint away from the tracks and management does not care. If you want to live in a place where you are constantly going to hear and smell your neighbors then by all means go ahead and sign a lease. If you want a little peace and quite or to just live in a place where the management cares about your quality of life choose another apartment complex
