I had 2 homes under the care of this horrible company for only about a year and a half. They never did inspections on the properties, they lied to me repeatedly, and once fired, still have not turned over security deposit, non-refundable pet deposits, or last months rent. Under their care, one home had missing doors, holes in the walls, ruined floors, unapproved painting, and was turned over smelling of smoke and filthy. The other home has a huge amount of water damage from a long term leak that wasn't repaired. Horrible, unethical company. Still fighting them to turn over rent and deposits.
