Review content:
I called Precision Heating & Air, LLC because my AC wasn't working and it was the middle of the summer. They came, and within fifteen minutes they had talked me into buying a new furnace. I'm not too good with high pressure, so I said yes. It cost so much that I had to refinance my house to pay for it. Then, there were no phone calls, no response, no checking on me.
My bill in the summer has almost doubled with the air conditioning. I got two units because half of my house is closed off, and the motor in the main unit died less than a year later. They caused some minor damage to my house as well. In one bedroom, they knocked off the ceiling plaster about the width of an inch of tape, and the plaster fell down on the floor. Now there's an inch and a half wide crack in the sheetrock the whole length of the bedroom. The room is closed off, and I didn't see it until later, so I didn't bother them about it. I would never use them again or recommend them.
