Review content:
Unfortunately, we had a recurring problem with a new air conditioning unit. After a few service calls, Elliot was the one to finally be able to diagnose the specific cause of our problem. Not only did he call to find the part that was required, but he also asked the provider to please set it aside for us since he wouldn't be able to get there before business hours were over. Elliot also took a generous amount of time to explain the service plan to us and how it could be beneficial. We thank Brothers for their many years of good service and we are especially pleased with the friendly, hard-working, and knowledgeable staff that they employ, such as Elliot.
