After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.
Additionally, we are aware that there may be content on Judy's Book that is personal in nature or feels invasive. We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. Unfortunately, we had a recurring problem with a new air conditioning unit. After a few service calls, Elliot was the one to finally be able to diagnose the specific cause of our problem. Not only did he call to find the part that was required, but he also asked the provider to please set it aside for us since he wouldn't be able to get there before business hours were over. Elliot also took a generous amount of time to explain the service plan to us and how it could be beneficial. We thank Brothers for their many years of good service and we are especially pleased with the friendly, hard-working, and knowledgeable staff that they employ, such as Elliot.
