I lived there using my section 8 voucher. It was nice when they were new. When they started advertising that they accepted section 8 vouchers in the paper, it was downhill from then on. Multiple changes with management & maintenance staff also contributed to the poor quality of this complex. Raleigh Housing Authority had me & my family move because they did not, rather WOULD NOT unless I signed another lease, do the repairs needed.\r
I would not recommend a cash payer or section 8 recipient to live in Orchard Pointe.
