My experience was horrible. This lady named Bobbi Joe, I use the word lady loosely, completely fried my hair and did not give me a refund even though the color wasn't even what I asked for. I paid $150 for deep fried hair, that I had to get redyed by someone else. I don't recommend going to Elkes Total Image, the manager/owner did nothing about my horrific experience, in fact he completely ignored my complaint.
