My lawn is thicker and greener than ever. I have less weeds...but still not totally eliminated, esp in the back yard. I am never home when they come b/c I work fulltime but they always leave me with an explanation of what they have done and/or suggestions. When I have concerns, the people I talk to on the phone are friendly and the issue is taken care of in a timely manner. I am a VERY satisfied customer and when people compliment me on my lawn...which happens frequently... I always tell them that it is not only b/c of my hard work but also the help I have received from Tru Green.
