Very professional-courteous and explained before the treatment exactly what was going to transpire. I mentioned that I didnt want the next treatment in October and the TruGreen person assured me that he would notify the office so that when it came time for that treatment to take place, they would know to cancel it. A nice group of people to work with! more

My lawn is thicker and greener than ever. I have less weeds...but still not totally eliminated, esp in the back yard. I am never home when they come b/c I work fulltime but they always leave me with an explanation of what they have done and/or suggestions. When I have concerns, the people I talk to on the phone are friendly and the issue is taken care of in a timely manner. I am a VERY satisfied customer and when people compliment me on my lawn...which happens frequently... I always tell them that it is not only b/c of my hard work but also the help I have received from Tru Green. more

There are not any dandelions growing in my yard. Well done. My grass is not very thick and has not increased in thickness since I became a customer. more

We are snowbirds from Arizona. We were very pleased to see our green lawn when we drove in to our property. we had informed our specialist of past crabgrass. He treated it and we see no crabgrass. We are looking forward to our next application next week, cause there are some weeds and yellow spots developing. (not many) more

In 2013 I started your new program, don't have grubs anymore but our lawn didn't seem as lush this past fall. That might have more to do w/the weather than the different chemicals U guys have your wk cut out for u after this winter, slow spring, & wonder what the summer might bring! more
