Review content:
I contacted the Children's Center of Stone Oak to find out a bit more information about their fees and schedules and to get a few details about their curriculum. I spoke with Anna, and we had a discussion about their policy regarding fees while our child is absent. I asked a question about the logic of it for clarification purposes, and she said "I've said everything I have to say; there is nothing more that I have to tell you, and I am very busy". She abruptly hung up on me without so much as a goodbye. I'm glad I called; I would not want to send my child to a place where, if this is how the staff treats the parents, I can only imagine how they would treat my child.
