I wish give you zero star.
I just bought a house and the seller used their service. After I moved
in and the insurance found some holes on (about 4 pieces) the roof. I called and Josh
Martin(the person who did for the seller) told me that was from the
'old' roof and not whatever he did for them. I told him there are some
pieces when he left on the garage and he can use. He told me there will
be $350.00 the labor put those 4 pieces on the roof. This is ridiculous.
I talked to several people. I will NOT recommend this company to
any one.
Also when I called the customer service(Lori) kept cough during the call
I felt sorry but I also felt rude. She did not apologized even when
I comment to her.
