Upon arrival I went to the Enterprise station where a sign was posted to enter the parking lot booth. There were two customers ahead of me, and it was cool and damp outside, and they seemed to be really busy. When it was my turn the agent who serviced me expeditiously honored my request for an Escape by acquiring it from another rental co., and I was very appreciative, since that is what I usually drive, so I don't have to learn how to operate an unfamiliar vehicle. I was very happy with the vehicle but I could not sync/connect my iPhone with it, a small issue. The return was quick and I was able to proceed to the terminal to get ready for my flight. On both contacts the agents were friendly and efficient. I was satisfied with the service and rental acquisition & return and would recommend this co. However, if it is cold and rainy, It would have been good to have an agent indoors.
