Steve, and the entire crew are amazingly helpful, courteous, and strive to perform and deliver the best results possible on your vehicle. The transmission on my Honda Accord failed several months ago and Steve did everything and more to take care of that problem an other additional encountered problems. I was always provided with price quotes and professional opinions and advice prior to agreeing or declining a service. And when I did come across other issues after my initial visit, Steve took care of it, each and every time. There was never any hesitation on their part, they always greeted and welcomed me with open arms and a big smile. I will definitely be returning to this Bert's Gene Brown as I am completely trust these guys with providing the best care to my car. I highly recommend coming here for any of your auto needs!
