Thank you for your service on our 2001 Ford Taurus last week. We really appreciated the extra effort to get it finished late on Friday evening. You followed through on your promise to get it out that day, even though it took a little longer than you thought. Then you also compensated us fairly with a discount as well for us having to wait longer than expected. Thanks a lot! We definitely will recommend you to others.
