I have also been a long steady customer of hirsch for 27 years they like All companies today do not care about your loyalty sorry to say that is a thing of the past nobody cares how long you are with them they only care about making money they offer new customers a better price to sign them on then the following year you will be charged the higher price I would think after 27 years they would offer me some sort of discount or fill my tank once on them as a thank you I dont want to even think about what I have paid them in 27 years I will say that the reason I have stayed with them is for the oil burner service and maintenance I am also smart enough to know that I have paid dearly over 27 years for this service nothing in life is cheap or free
