Review content:
I have been a loyal paying customer of this establishment for over 3 years and had no problems for over 2 years outside of the fact that you only have access to the facility from 7am-7pm and so-called "management" is only onsite from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday (very inconvenient for those who work a typical work schedule). 2 months ago I decided to sign up for autopay for convenience reasons; I went online entered my payment information and checked the box to begin auto pay using this form of payment and received email confirmation of this being set-up. Over a month later (without receiving any notice of late payment), my mother went to my storage facility to remove something from the unit as I live 30+ miles away now and was told that i was delinquent in payments and that she was trespassing. She was told that they do not allow auto-pay to be set-up online and that I needed to complete and sign a paper form and would need to mail it in (due to their office hours being the same as my work hours). I mailed it via the US Postal office less than 1 mile away from the facility only to find that several weeks later they had not received it; this was discovered due to noticing a payment had not been withdrawn from my account. I in turn made a one-time payment online, my mother requested another form in person at the facility while I was at work which I drove over 30 miles to complete. When she took the form into the office, she was then told that I needed to turn it into them in person with my driver's license. If this was the case, why was it okay for me to mail it in initially? Very contradictory. The onsite staff has been very unaccommodating, unprofessional, and have yet to return my voicemail regarding the matter (as I work the same hours that they are in the office).
