Review content:
We purchased our JW unit about two years ago, and on those very few occassions where we needed help or maintenance, we found the JW team professional, knowledgable, and couteous. Most recently, we had Bill Hagan out for routine annual maintenance. In the future, we want him for our personal maintenance technicial. He is a "heads & sholders" representative of JW, and while all of your people are good, he is great! In summary, he conducted his maintenance actions as if the unit he was working on was his own family's AC system. There is no greater tribute!
