Jonathon is a very Good Man, one that your company is certainly very fortunate to have as its employee and for me to have had as a service provider. His level of professionalism and friendliness, parallels that of the two service techs that first installed my system, some eight years back. From the moment I opened the door to him, his very " Friendly " personality was very apparent. Heck, he even sat down to have a couple of beers with me . . . < smiles n lol > I am just kidding. He came in, serviced my system and at the end, took the time to discuss with me what he had done and even addressed some questions that I had for him. Jonathon is an Excellent technician and perhaps even better, an Awesome person. A Loud Marine Corps " Ooo, Rahhh " for him . . . aka, " Two Thumbs Up ".
