Review content:
Today we had County Wide install a new ac unit at our house because previous experiences with John Wayne were terrible. Anyways, we also have a garage apartment and we had John Wayne install a ""brand new"" ac unit in it in 2011. Let me mention that, we payed the brand new price for this ""brand new"" ac unit. No one has resided in the garage apartment since 2010, but we decided to get it replaced in case we rented it out. Well, while County Wide was at our house, we did the regular cleaning of the garage apartment and realized that the ac in the garage apartment stopped working. We asked a County Wide technician to take a look at the ac unit. It turns out, the ""brand new"" ac unit that John Wayne installed in 2011 was actually made in 2005. In a discussion with a John Wayne employee, he siad ""it's not like a car, it doesn't lose value."" Really? An ac unit that that is six years old that hasn't been maintained doesn't lose value? We were sold a ""brand new"" ac unit under false pretenses.
