We highly recommend Jon Wayne's new plumbing service. We signed up for the free plumbing inspection. Master Plumber, Mark Farley, did a complete inspection and recommended a pressure protection system and thermal expansion device when the water pressure in our 4.5 year old house was too high. John Arispe, Certified Installation Specialist, did the installation the next morning. He did find a small pressure gauge and flimsy emergency shutoff that had been installed by the builder, but they were buried under 6 inches of dirt and completely inaccessible. John worked constantly and professionally to complete the job. We didn't even notice when the water to the house was shut off because it was such a short time. He then checked our sprinkler system since we were having issues with it. He listened to what we wanted, made his recommendations, and gave us a quote broken out by price for each item. He also found a leak in the sprinkler system. John came back the next morning and repaired the leak, dug up and removed several sprinkler heads that were no longer necessary, and installed new risers and nozzles in the flower bed. His work was so good that we could not tell where he had been digging. There were no piles of dirt left anywhere, no dirt covering the grass or rocks. He then tested the entire system and cleaned and adjusted sprinkler heads. Our sprinkler system is working like new again. Mark, and John are like the rest of the Jon Wayne employees: knowledgable, personable, and professional. They all seem to take pride in their work.
