White Marc H was good, the service was slow. They did not arrive till 5pm. I chose them because of their service call special of $49. Any replacement parts, they would wave the service call charge. I can see why. The fan capacitor when bad. When the tech came back from his truck. i had to pay $256 for a $39 part. Well since it was after 5pm, and going to be cold again, I had to do something. Marc H. was nice and knowledgeable. I will admit i have a AC/Heat unit over 10 years old and agreed for a Sales Rep to come out the next morning (Saturday) and he was 1 hour late. I will not pick them again.
