Review content:
Came in with a flat screen TV and a digital camera that was inside my purse - both in fine working condition with charger, remote, battery, everything included with their original packaging.. but before I could even show her the items - a woman with short-ish grey hair appearing in her 50-somethings - took one look at me and said "Oh... yeah I'm not interested in anything you have today, sorry." This was before I even set the TV on the counter or showed her the other item I had brought in. I tried to tell her that I had something else I would like her to look at but before I could even finish my sentence she shook her head at me.
I am in my 20's but look young for my age, have a nose piercing and colored hair. Because of my physical attributes and personal style this woman decided I had nothing good to offer the store, or that I was not worthy of receiving any help from them - not even an inspection of my items. I felt very, very disrespected as I saw items on their shelves that were in far older and worse condition than the items I tried to bring in.
I only wish I had gotten her name and had the self-confidence to defend myself. I left the store crying. Very poor customer service, along with judgement.
