We try to shop locally and needed a professional framer to help with a sensitive family issue... 5 large water color paintings over 50 years old to be shipped to Kentucky relatives. We were unsure how to accomplish the task safely and in tact since they were glass and wood frames. Craig suggested new plexiglass replacements as well as new mat boards. He finished in two weeks as agreed. Craig allowed me to photograph them before packing. He handled the shipping and personally tracked the boxes until received in perfect condition. He relieved a huge stress for us by taking such care in the project. We received this email from our cousins upon receipt of the paintings: "The paintings are pristine. No one could have done a more perfect job..." and "Craig called me 30 minutes after I received the paintings ...he is truly one of a kind." We appreciate having FrameWorks in our community!
