Please avoid this company at all cost if you value your home and belongings!!! ""Do not hire this clown to even plunge a toilet"" I do not believe he is qualified for that simple task!!!\r

Anyone who has hired ARCA Construction to do work on their home or business knows how bad his work really is. The constructions skills he exhibited on my home only proved he has none to speak of and should consider another line of work. \r

He bid top dollar to repair my home after a roof leak, the work performed was so substandard and was not even usable. Everything he touched had to be redone.\r

It's sad that he did not even have the skills to stain or cut baseboards. He even had to borrow my miter saw to cut the baseboards.\r

He broke almost every aspect of the contract on the first day \r
\r
1) he failed to protect the work area damaging the carpet to the point it had to be replaced due to scraping popcorn ceilings without a tarp\r
2) he ruined a ceiling fan by not removing it first\r
3) damaged DSL modem by spraying it with water and covering it with popcorn debris\r
4) damaged Bose jewel cube speaker, (water & popcorn) did not remove it first\r
5) use of unlicensed sub contractor (cited by the city of PSL) \r
6) got wood stain on the new carpet when trying to install baseboards\r
7) did not get all of the required permits he charged for\r
8) the list goes on\r

His crew turned out to be his wife, a unlicensed sub-contractor named Claude Fabian and an out of work neighbor. Everything that Alan Landers touched had to be redone or replaced. \r

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. He will tell you he is some sort of master craftsman/contractor, do not believe a word this man says. In my experience in dealing with him, it seems he is just an unskilled BS!! Artist. He sends me emails stating that my reviews are hurting his business and causing mental stress to him and his family. The truth of the matter is the only one hurting his business is himself with his poor quality of work and poor business ethics.\r

My reviews are only to warn other potential consumers, so they can avoid putting themselves through the same expensive nightmare starring Alan Landers and the crew of ARCA Construction.\r
