Plumbing failure is always stressful and often urgent.. When Ross (owner) answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon he resolved the stress with great demeanor and clear words. Brian arrived three hours later and solved the emergency; a waste line plug about 60 ft out. He ran the auger twice 3inch and 4inch. About an hour and $400 later we can take our plumbing for granted again. Nice clear assessment, he cleaned up after the job. He also glue the cleanout extension back on that our home builder forgot to do.
